Has anyone else had this problem?

Every time I submit a new post, it hangs on the second page (the page where it stops and compares your post to a few others before you confirm the post).

As soon as I click confirm, it hangs. The status line says it is waiting for "ping.chartbeat.net" which is I assume is tracking me. The problem is, it can hang my page up to two minutes.

Sometimes I've had to start my post over because it hangs so long, It feels like the page is frozen. It it necessary to track our submissions? I'm sure this system provides all kinds of great info, but is it worth breaking the site to get these stats?

Am I the only one with this problem...??
