I need some guidance

... on many levels, but what I need right now is how to stop VideoSift from Emailing me.
I've been using my iPhone to receive emails and I'm getting frustrated with all the unnecessary email that comes through.

I spend more time deleting emails I don't read than I spend reading emails that I want.

I just deleted over 200 emails from VideoSift that came through over the weekend.
I have a work email that I use every day and I have a home email. I don't check my home email everyday because, well, I just don't. I've been starting to check it more regularly via my phone but just can't keep up with downloading spam and it cuts into my Data Plan.

I've checked out the preference options for VideoSift and frankly I find it lacking.

I can only edit options for comments on bookmarks. That's it.
I don't need an email every time someone makes a comment.
I'm on the site everyday (except weekends) In fact I don't need emails at all.

HOW DO I DISABLE ALL EMAILS?

Until I get this fixed I can't use my iPhone for email - just too many emails against my DATA Plan.
