So I want a program where I can enter

Deadline
for a bunch of tasks, then it will display a graph of how I would use my time with maximal procrastination while still getting everything done, and display a countdown of "slack time left", and generate a todo list sorted by "Soonest Deadline First". Does it already exist, or should I code it myself?
